Cosmic Euphoria Desserts and Art: I live in a small village by the Rio Grande, in the high desert of New Mexico. I decided to become an artist at the age of 4 when I discovered an unfinished oil painting of my mothers'. Now I am working on sculptures. I love to bake which is something else I learned at a very young age with my Nana and mother. I had a heartattack when I was 50 and have changed my eating habits and lifestyle because of it. I have so far lost 55 lbs and am almost a vegetarian. I do still like chicken and seafood now and then. I have been working on starting a dessert catering business, researching and experimenting until I have come up with some delicious desserts. My desserts are low fat, low cholesterol, low sodium and low sugar. I use all natural ingredients and some organic. I have 2 daughters that are my main passion in life. They are my inspiration. I only hope I can show them that a woman can overcome anything in life and still achieve her dreams.
